I lasted & ended up calling Airtel customer care several times since 2 months but every time the executive gives guarantee that the sim will be activated by end of day but still it has not been done. Their knowledge and level of service is pathetic.
I also initiate a conference call with the 2nd level executive in Bangalore Customer care & the Airtel shop (Reach communications), Anna nagar, Chennai executive. Standing for 4 hours has gone waste. At last I went to another Airtel Shop in Purasawakkam, Chennai – submitted the form, all the required documents (proofs) & bought a SIM card. I’m still following up with Airtel team to get it activated. Still no go & no efforts.
The number which I need to port from BSNL to Airtel is 94451 63595
Please help in resolving the issue.
